I have couple of queries as i feel that TATA AIG has cheated me: Firstly why there is a third part insurance only. I had paid the full amount of insurance and was given a proper policy. The bank statement is attached for your reference the amount was paid by my brother in law as i was unwell. I was told by the agent that my policy was cancelled for which i was given no intimation or any kind of communication. I was also told that the third party policy money was deducted and rest was refunded which again i have not received and there is no communication on the same. I have paid you the full amount but why these adjustments and cancellation was done without any information and my consent if there was some amount which was pending that should have been communicated . NOTE In-case this policy is not reinstated in a week i will have no option by to drag you to consumer court and IRDA. Rashmi Barla
