I purchased a black lace shoe size 8 (Men) on 10th September through flipkart. I use the shoes from home to bus stop and travel to office by bus. On my return it is the same bus journey. Now the shoe is not even 5 months old but behind the heels threads are protruding outside the shoes like cats whiskers. Under the left leg shoe the heels has two three round holes and even the heels and front part of the heal is damaged . As it is a guaranteed product for one year. I want to know how I can exchange the same . Where I should go as I am put up at Bangalore city. I sent e mail messages to your e mail id but e mail messages are being returned back with mention that complaint was unable to be sent as number of complaints are high and hence not deliverable.I have 4 e mails of customer care but non is responding till date. Please reply immediately.
