I applied for Encumbrance Certificate on line on 22nd Feb. 2020. the application for same was accepted and a fee if Rs 70 was paid. the details of which is given below. In spite of this I failed to get the encumberance certificate- Reference No.: 022220013187056187 Mode of payment: Netbanking Transaction status: Success Bank reference Number: 1005175 I regret to state that inspite of submitting application for EC on line and making payment of Rs.70 towards EC, I have not received the said certificate. Could u pl. arrange to send the same to my email id given above
