Flipkart – Non delivery of product false information

I had ordered ASUS Zen Phone 5 A501CG on 22/10/14 and got a confirmation delivery date of 29/10/14. The product has not been delivered as yet on 02/11/14 and the Supervisor at Customer Service confirms that I cannot assure when we will deliver the product. No response from Flipkart unless you call them for a product which has been prepaid. The website still says product will be delivered on 29/10/14 which means they don’t bother to update their website nor their courier partner has an update on the product. I need immediate action against Flipkart for failing in its commitment and for not acknowledging the issue.

I want Flipkart and other online companies to change its policy by giving an assurance of a delivery date if the product has been paid for in advance. I also want compensation for the loss of revenue, time and mental anguish over the delay.
