I purchase xolo q1000 in july 2013 .after few month in mobile battery problems come out and not giving battery backup.when this problem i saw in my mobile i immediately call to customer care but no action taken by company. After few month battery become tennis ball. I complaint for this but no action taken in service center battery is not available and i purchase new battery from www.shopclues.com but it is also not giving backup i also complaint to customer care and service center to replace the battery but till no action taken by all of them.

I want new xolo q1000 battery or fully replacement of my mobile due to this problem
