Ref:flipkart.com Order ID:OD301644607724476700 Reference Number:150115-060733 Dear Sir/Mam, With reference to the above, We ordered two MOTO-E phone from flipkart.com on 23rd December 2014, they charged 12,589/- and I paid it by Standard Chartered Credit Card. After confirm the order, they send a cancellation mail on 26th December 2014. I accept the cancellation. But, after the cancellation, they promise to return the money within 08 working days. But, today is prior to 30 days but still I haven’t received my money. I called and mailed them several times, but, they are not responding at all. Now, my heartily request you to do the needful to solve the matter as early as possible. Otherwise, I have to pay interest on credit card amount. Thank you for listen my problem.
