Dear sir/ma’am, As per confirmation with Mr. kori(BSNL grahak sewa receptionist) i have applied for BSNL broadband connection for commercial purpose at Shop no-2,Gupta Market,Rajakhedi chouraha Makronia,Sagar(MP) and no. alloted to me is 07582-231xxx on 22.11.2014 but still connection is not establish.
After confirmation with BSNL grahak sewa receptionist mr. kori as per his assurance i invested ~ 1.50 lac on furniture and computers etc. now 2 month has been past and i am continuously asking for update but nothing is happen. only fake promises are given that your connection will be start soon, If they do not give fake promises than i will start other business not Cyber cafe and online work, now it is very much irritating me if customer is coming to you for any online computer work and you are not able to do it. As well as they are telling that you have to invest all cable cost require for your broadband connection.
