Dear Sir, I have ordered Qty 2 Samsung micro SD card of 32GB on 27 Dec 2014. But only one item delivered on 03 Jan 15. Same issue elevated to ebay customer care via email and telephone They called me on 07 Jan 15 around 1100AM. I dropped email to ebay requesting to call me in late evening due to my office restrictions. Despite of this request, they called me at around 1140Hrs on 10Jan 15(according to ebay words). There after they closed the case on this base. There after they are not at all responding.

1) either product or money 2) they should be forced to formulate concrete methods of handling this kind of issues
