My Vodafone no. is +919764948xxx this is a Pune’s Postpaid number. Since October’14 I shifted to Bangalore. For time being I requested for a Rs. 75 pack which is for national roaming (it makes call rates reasonable and no incoming calls are charged). According to Vodafone service this pack is automatically renewed every month. But without any prior intimation in November’14 they deactivated my pack and for all the next months they are charging me so much. I have not raised any request to deactivate this pack. They are not giving me any refund and asking me to pay this bill. Without any prior intimation they can’t deactivate this pack and charge double. Even if I call customer care they are apologizing and hanging up the phone. I earn average. I cant pay this bill again and again. There were other issues as well where they charged me double but this is a height. Please help me.

I want they should apply this Pack for all the previous bills and recalculate new bill. I should not pay this amount. This is Fraud.
