Dear Concerned, Yesterday, during Diwali Sale on Flipkart, i placed an order for a mobile phone amounting to 1500/- as shown on marketplace. I bought that phone around 4:30 PM in the evening on 6th October 2014 and received a confirmation that my order has been placed and shall reach me by 18th Oct 2014. Suddenly around 11:30PM yesterday night, i received a mail from flipkart that your order has been cancelled without informing me or even discussing with me about the reason. It was very awkward situation for me as i have some commitment with the placed order. It was mentioned on Flipkart that on 6th Oct 2014. Orders placed will neither be cancelled nor refunded. But, they cancelled my order without any intimation and left me nowhere. I request you to please instruct them to deliver my product as i ordered. It is like they are the administrator of this marketplace and can play as they want. This is a serious case of customer de-satisfaction and are doing what they want to do. Regards Hitesh
