Vodafone Delay in Refund of Excess bill Payment

This is about Vodafone 3G Data Card 8007388659 which I was using earlier. On 17th July 2014 I had requested to permanently deactivate this data card at Sinhgad Vodafone Store, Pune. Vodafone store executive told me that I have to pay all the billed and unfilled amount to deactivate this data card permanently. I had paid total of Rs. 3615.00 which includes billed amount of Rs.1160.00 and unbilled amount of Rs.2275.00. At the time of deactivation store executive told me that I will get back any excess amount shortly from Vodafone but till now I have not received that.I have contacted Vodafone customer care so many times but till now there is no concrete confirmation from them.On 23 rd Sep 2014 they informed that refund cheque already dispatched from there office on 21st Aug 2014 and I will receive that within 20 to 25 working days, but till now I have not received the same from them. Afterwards i contacted them over email but there is no response from their side. Everytime I am getting a auto generated email that someone from their side will contact me , but no one has contacted till now.

I want get back my excess paid amount.
