Flipkart Order Extension Goes on Forever

Dear Sir, I had placed an order on 6th of October 2014. Order comprised of shorts and tshirts. Payment was done online via online transaction. Order was confirmed and order to be delivered on or before 16 Oct but still i haven’t received my order nor am i getting proper response whenever i use to to customer care they use to ask for extension. What kind of service is flipkart providing?? Again and again order gets extension and executive gives assurance and there is no response from your. Yesterday also executive gave assurance that some one from their team will call me and inform me about my order by 10 30 pm. I dont think there will be call from your side. And harrassment that i am feeling worst. I did never expected such worst service from flipkart. Executive is giving me assurance that from next time onwards you will get product on time but what about product i havent received since 26 days. Is this the consumers gets treatment at your site?? It is second time they had cancelled the order. It should happen again and proper compensation along with ordered product is must. I have Recording of conversation which i had with executives and grievance officer.
