Flipkart – Product not delivered no proper service

I have ordered a product on 10 DEC Flipcart and suppose to deliver on 17th DEC and they didn’t deliver on time. I called their customer care from 16th dec and I didn’t get any proper update till now to my e-mail and call.Can you pleas file a consumer complaint against this regard.I am not sure when they will deliver this..

I was suppose to gift this to my friend and got frustrated a lot with their poor service
