My refund money not refunded as per their policies .I apply for refund on 28 Nov 2014 and my money should be refunded by 04 Dec 2014. But it’s not refunded till now even I complaint every day And they told me that your amount will refunded first said till 04 DEC , then 06 Dec, then 08 DEC, then 10 DEC, then 12 DEC and last date was given 16 Dec. And Today They are saying that amount will be refund till 22nd DEC. they are cheating customers by providing wrong information and their lie promises

I want my money and they should be banned to cheated customers. and legal action should be taken by government.
