Flipkart Refund Not Received – Review

I ordered the watch on 11th May 2014 & got a wrong shipment on 18th May 2014 evening. On the same day around 21:45 i called flipkart customer care executive & informed the incident & clearly asked for replacement. As per her suggestion i waited for 2 working days but flipkart started refund process that i never asked for it. Then on 21st May 2014 around mid day i again called flipkart they told me that they will refund d amount & i have to again place an order. Then i go through flipkart’s policies & it clearly state that they do have replacement policy & i was misguided. So at night i again called flipkart they told me he can’t replace d order as d status is not updated which was obviously mistake on flipkart’s part. On 22nd May i personally called d seller (SmartMart) to know about availability of stock & he clearly told me that it is not available in there stock but it was shown in stock as per their site at that time also till now. Later in d evening i once again called flipkart customer care & he denied about unavailability of stock in d whole process stock was shown available in your site.

After long argument he told me he needs 24 hrs more to start d process of replacement & ensured that i will get a replacement. 23rd May 2014 whole day i waited for confirmation from flipkart but as usual nothing was done. After 7pm i called flipkart & d executive told me i will get d product within 3-5 working days more. But now she admit dat it was out of stock dats y replacement can’t be done. Now my question is that they didn’t inform me previously about unavailability & y d site is showing d product in stock. If i would have simply taken their words & would have re ordered it den my Rs.14000 was stuck (whereas Rs.7000 is stuck rite now as well) as they didn’t have dat stock so how could dey provide it. As per conversation wid manager she again ask for 24hrs. Today 24-May-2014 i got a call from flipkart dispute dept they told me that they need 10-12 days to refund d amt as stock is not available & dey cannot replace it. I ask them to refund it within today as its been so long i m suffering because of dem. But he said it can b refunded(which vil take 10 more days from dat) only after d wrong product is taken back & till now 24th May 2014 night no one came to take it back.I need to take strong action as for d past so many days my money is stuck with them & they are doing nothing about it. As our site is not supporting d attachment of evidences i have i m right now providing on screen shot of d status of d product in flipkarts site & d wrong item i got. I have all d recordings of d call i have with flipkart & seller & can provide you that also.

I want my money to be refunded asap as i can’t wait for anymore & also for d mental & emotional torture & the financial loss as my money is stuck for so long i want the watch that i ordered free of cost. As it was a gift from my fiancee on our anniversary & they spoil everything i want d watch as compensation.
