Hi sir this is pradip my complaint is about Auto renewal of services without my request,9041477898 is my prepaid mob no of tata docomo of punjab, I am serving in army so now I am in pune , tata docomo many times fraud me about payment cut , they are not refunding and not accepting the truth, they have setting in Which only once in a day customers can talk to customer care second time they block number.now in two day they activated two services two times without my request. When I ask to customer care he says you send request, actually this services are no needed for any customer, docomo using it for fraud payment. And automatically renew it without customers permission it works like virus in computer they fraud me about 500 rs in week.
