We bought a new piece of inverter on 05-04-2014. On 03-05-2014 it developed some technical problems and it stopped working. On 07-05-2014 we registered a complain with Mr. Sujith who supplied the inverter to us. After several calls he turned up on 19-05-2014 and checked the inverter and said he would return next day with a charger to charge the inverter. However in spite of our repeated calls he never came back.

I demand Either replacement with a new unit or return of the money with compensation for the distressed caused to us.
