Flipkart – Replacement Mobile Phone under warranty denied

Sir I have bought one mobile (Motorola Moto E) from Flipkart on 28th April 2015 under their order id OD002705099496818400. After some days the sim 2 slot of the phone is not working, so I have complained to the flipkart customer care. I asked them to replace my phone under their 30 days replacement warranty. But now they are denying me the same. And asking to visit Motorola service centre. That also I have done, but Motorola service centre people are saying their is hardware problem with the phone. So I request you to ask Flipkart to give my money back and take their phone back.

My phone sim 2 slot is not working. So I am facing issue with the phone. And flipkart is not helping me out. I just wanted to know what is the use of flipkart 30 days replacement warranty under which they will replace and give us a new phone for old one. Than why we have to visit service centre of particular mobile brand. It is totally rubbish and cheating from flipkart.
