This is to bring to your notice that my family maintains a series of lockers in HDFC Bank.We have seen that the bank has charged us abnormally high locker rents this year. Yearly Locker rents have been revised from 1000/- to 5000/- for ex-small lockers 1000/- to 7000/- for small lockers 1500/- to 10000/- for medium lockers This locker rent increase was not informed to us in advance, the increase in rent is 500% to 600% is unjustified and not in line with any other bank locker rentals in our locality and entire city.

I want the bank to return the additional money charged to us and decrease the bank locker rents to what other bank are charging in the city.
