I purchased a MOTO E mobile phone from Flipkart, it was delivered in next two days but with a faulty charger. I asked for replacement of charger, they picked back my phone with charger and even after passing 11 days nobody from Flipkart giving me any positive replay about my replacement or refund. I want to get refund or exchange against my order and compensation for this mismanagement and troubling me unnecessarily.
