Flipkart Shopping Delivery Failure

I’ve ordered for ‘Strontium MicroSD Card 16 GB Class 10’ Qty-1 which is pack of 2 memory cards on 12-Feb-2015 Order-id: OD2020565 19661748200. I’ve received the delivery on 16-Feb-15 which had only 1 memory card. Due to incorrect delivery this product cannot be used. Replacement order was raised on the same day (16-Feb-15) which got delivered on 26-Feb-15, but this also had only 1 memory card. On checking with the customer care, it was agreed that the product will be fast delivered within 1 day, but the product is yet to be packed. Product is shipped without any quality checks and Customer care is always pushing the delivery to next 4 working days. In all this I’m the one who is suffering.

I’ve to call to customer care everyday to check on the status and delivery of the product. Also the calls are put on hold frequently and are without any fruitful results. I’ve partial product with me from past 2 weeks and I cannot use it. Full financial compensation for the order placed and for calls made and the complete product as ordered.
