Tata Sky DTH is Not allowing to drop channel pack starsports 3 even after 5 months of usage.Also adding active English pack forcefully through customer care call centre who won’t take no for an answer and activated the pack even after refusing him.
Want them to allow customers to drop packs whenever wanted after a lock in period of one month and stop calling customers directly to add channel packs.such calls should be stopped.We didn’t switch from cable to digital services to be exploited by these big companies.Such malpractices should be stopped immediately.
