Actually I ordered one product order no. OD30668030 3857482000 on 31 July 2016, shipped on 2 Aug 2016 and received at Guwahati HUB on 6 Aug 2016, but till now the product has not been delivered by the local ekart logistic boy. False reason are given like customer could not be connected and updated in their tracking records and till now not yet delivered the product. The local delivery boy is so rude that he always says that the product will be delivered today morning, but he is not doing anything. Therefore strict action should be taken against them for not providing the product in time after making payment also.
