I bought this new mobile (moto g2) from flipkart on February after 1 month of usage its motherboard got corrupted i went to the service center and what they tell me that i have to pay Rs. 8,000 in order to replace mother board of my product because water is got into it but non of it occurred, all what happened was it was in my pocket while it was drizzling out in Pune , was not so heavily raining. it has been almost 3 months and i have been contacting Motorola through e-mail and they were telling me we’ll look after it but now they are telling the same thing as the service center guys, though it is written on the box of the product that it is water resistance. and i am a student and cant pay that much amount of money hence looking for some help.

All i want is that they repair my mobile and give it back to me in working condition and i am not willing to pay that Rs. 8,000 because it was written on the box that it is water resistance and also i didn’t dipped it in water all that happened was it got wet during a small drizzle though it was water resistance
