I had booked three tickets from DElhi To Nainital from redbus.in , in total 6 tickets were there. Instead of going to Nainital, the bus operator said that they will drop us only to haldwani. I had small kids with me and my sister also. I was extremely harassed mentally. Redbus is doing fraud by cheating customers like this and having such bus operators

I reached Nainital by 11pm in the night, 5 hours late than scheduled in the ticket. had to book one taxi from haldwani, my sister and kids were with me which was very unsafe in the late night. I want complete refund and besides the amount I paid for taxi from haldwani to nainital.
