i hve purchased 2 books of rs 1010 from flipkart under flipkart studenr offer according to which on orders above 750 one will get a 500 rs discount on flipkart student account i registered for flipkart studet offer then i was purchasing books from flipkart website i was not able to see the offer at the time of order so before ordering i called flipkart customer care on 18004201111 on which an flipkart executive aske me that “if you order on and before 12 sept you will get 500 rs discount”.then i told him i am not able to see the offer then he asked me “this time you complete the order ,abd when you receive the order please inform us,we will give you the money in your account(wallet) “. then i asked him that i should get this money in my bank account so he told me that i will get this money in bank account in 2-3 days. now when i have received the order i have called them 4 times and now they are saying that you are not eligible to get the offer why is this when i have asked them before the order and they gave me confirmation that i will get this offer this is a fraud. i wan my money back anyhow .

i want 10500/- rs back in my bank account. 500/-rs for order and 10000/- compensation for the mental an social loss i had because of this 500 rs fraud
