Why Samsung is Unable to Provide Customer Service ?

hi mr park as no action on my complaint I have already email the director of http://core.nic.in/ . and soon I shall email the matter with sale tax and service tax dept. as miss jasleen think the costume is fool I have all recording which I shall asure to be listen by consumer court judge. my everything you will fine 3 emails cc you to all official government dept.
