Why do we Face Airtel Digital TV Signal Loss ?

Dear Sir or Madam, My Airtel Digital TV Customer ID is: 3006767716. My registered Cell phone no is: 8758807xxx. 1. From last 12 days or so, I am continuously suffering from ‘Signal Loss’. 2. I complained the customer care many times, and their technicians visited my place 5 times. They changed the set-top-box, cable and other equipments. I paid for the same also. 3. The problem still remains the same. 4. I approached them to disconnect the connection and refund the money against the equipments purchased, like set-top-box, dish, etc. It costed me approx Rs. 4500/- (HD recording set-top-box) (as I remember). But they refused to refund the money. Please note, these equipments cannot be used with any other service provider.

Refund of Rs. 4500/- in full and abort my connection.
