have purchased a MOTO G mobile phone from the flipkart website & the order number is OD40319072246 . Given information on this website about this phone MOTO G has a 8 GB storage but this is completely wrong because phone has only 5.52 GB storage available. For this I called to filpkart customer care and asked him to exchange this device but they are not replying to me. So please assist me whether I should go to file a case in related court or not ?.Because they are providing some wrong information for selling the product. Now this comes to the consumer right flipkart is doing some fraud with customer who don’t aware about the technical specification , that is why they should mention that internal storage is 8 GB and user storage available 5.52 GB.

1st of all it.s all about the consumer right many people who had purchased this phone are in a certain loss and they are compromising with this.Apart from this I want to Exchange this device and also some legal step should be taken because they have made a great business for this product.
