I had purchased a Deluxe Baby Bather from the Just Born Baby store at Somajiguda ,Hyderabad on 22/02/14 . (Bill number:000197159).Within a month of using it , the net material has worn off at one end. The product has been used only for its intended purpose and that too by a four month old baby . It seems to be a faulty net material . When I contacted the person in charge at the somajiguda branch on 22/03/14 , he retained the product from me and after contacting Head office told me he couldn’t do anything about it . Being a brand we trusted we are extremely disappointed by the quality of the product purchased and that too for a high rate of Rs 1399/-..On pointing out the defect to the concerned person , I am also disappointed by the response “we can’t do anything” . An email to their customer care on 22nd MArch didnt even solicit a response . Careless attitude and not interested in the customer woes from their product

Replacement or suitable compensation for having trusted them and spending Rs 1400/-
