Vodafone – unnessary charges debited and misbehaving with customer

misbehavior..customer care chat supervisor mr. javed ur chat person mr. javed should made sit at home….(2) with reference to below chat evidence ur chat supervisor ” javed ” is making fun of me ( customer )… if u read the chat…. javed has admitted that he has compulsorily take plan change request without asking or confirming with me / customer for taking request of same. he has repeatedly agreed that he has also taken promo pack activation request by himself with out taking my consent and without asking me option for same. and or waiting for me to reply for my choice option. this person javed from day 1 ( 12th march ) is playing nonsense with me repeatedly and all chats saved is evidence of same. he is simply annoying me…by himself taking false request and making fun of me saying…. i will sit at home and leave the organisation if my plan does not gets activated… javed has repeatedly fooled my by falsely assuring me of plant change without promo pack…. he has also agreed repeatedly regarding he will be completely responsible for loosing valuable customers only becoz of his such act. of falsifying assurances to customers…. how can such a customer care person / javed can do and act such with valuable customer. and he says he is supervisor. he himself has taken several complaints against himself and he says he is not ashamed of. this clearly indicates ‘ no action ” is been taken against such caht agents and so vodafone looses no. of valuable customers. how can he himself purposely to annoy me ‘ can take request ” for activating plan.. and promo pack without at least taking consent from customer… he says u can complaint to anyone…..no matter… it means no action is been taken…. also, ur nodal persons…are not serious about my issue…surprising… i request you to take strict action against him / javed and make him sit home.
