Flipkart – Xiaomi Mobile Non connectivity 3G or 2G data

I have ordered mobile phone detailed below:- My Flipkart ID: caifi.qazi@gmail.com My Registered Mobile No. 979490xxx Order No.: OD002723797994322200 Product name: Xiaomi (Brand) – Mi4i (Model) Price. Rs.12999/- Purchase via flash sale date: 05.05.2015 Issue: Non connectivity via 3G or 2G data I came to know the very first day i.e. when I received the above product and firstly I approached my postpaid service provider i.e. airtel (UPE), my no.7388880032, they checked my configurations which were completely fine. then I called flipkart customer care and from 09.05.2015 to 15.05.2015 CC executives of flipkart kept telling me they will revert back and on 15.05.2015 they told me to install an app called smartcheck after which they checked my phone via online and told me that to their end my phone is working well and I have no such issue. However I tried with other 3G data service activated sim cards in the above phone but they also failed to connect to internet as every random page or websites i tried to load it failed but when i tried them including my sim also in other mobiles they worked well. I again called flipkart and told all my grievance but they are now straight away denying the return which is against their well advertised policy of thirty days reurn policy. I also contacted Xiaomi customer care they too tell me to either to contact flipkart or to visit xiaomi customer care centre while they don’t have their any customer care centre in Lucknow where I am residing. I have email conversations of each and every steps taken by and them as well.

Change this defective piece of handset And compensate adequately.
