Infibeam.com – Different product restocking charges deducted

Hello, I have purchased Kaspersky Internet Security from Infibeam.com. Item was different what it was shown on their website so I asked for return/refund. They told me that they will charge 20% restocking charges. I said, it was not my fault. They sent the item which was different from what it was listed in their website. I fought with them for this for 10-15 days and then I decided to give 20% restocking fee as I needed money. I thought they will process refund asap but NO. They still asking me to wait for the refund. I needed money but they didn’t and I had to get it from my neighbour. They don’t understand the problem of customers, they know their policy. I checked their website, nowhere mentioned that there will be 20% restocking fee will apply. Other websites like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon don’t take restocking fee but these guys are taking for their fault also. I agree if fault was from my side. But they sent wrong product and took 20% restocking fee. Is this the way to do business? Is this ethical? They are making fool to customer. I had to suffer alot for these guys. It was really mental torture and keep calling them to followup with the refund status. Moreover, they don’t have toll free customer. I have attached PDF of all email happened between me and Infibeam.

I want my full refund as well as compensation from Infibeam. Compensation for the call I made, internet data used. The most, mental torture and harassment. I need compensation of Rs.6000/-. I don’t want others customers to face the same. Give them guidelines to follow. I have attached the email trail as well to this case. I have been following up with them from March but still no solution.
