I bought a Motorola mobile phone through Flipkart on April 11th, received it around April 18th. After working smoothly for few days(probably 2 weeks), it started hanging. i switched it off, switched it on, it started upgrading and after that, all my data was lost. All contacts, images, videos, everything. Moreover, I stopped receiving incoming calls on my two numbers. I am only able to make calls, but not able to receive any. It shows either I am busy or gets disconnected after few seconds. Also, some apps get close abruptly. I connected to Motorola chat support. instead of providing with any solution, they connected me to the flip kart chat support. One of their executive told me that their technical executive will call me the next day on my number. The phone did not come. It happened for a week, every time, any executive picks up phone he tells me that their technical executive will call me on my number. i have been trying to explain them that I am not able to receive any call, how would you technical executive call me then, but they didn’t understand. I gave them alternate numbers too, but everyday they sent the same message that they were unable to connect with me and will call again tomorrow. 2 weeks have passed playing this hide and seek.

I have to call every time instead of receiving calls. i spent 7000 INR to get connected 24/7, instead I am now disconnected and people are frustrated that my phone is constantly busy as they are not able to reach me.
