Yesterday 24.11.14 I have experienced a negative approach from one of the security staff from a famous Shopping Mall (Focus Mall , Calicut – kerala – india) . I finished a small shopping from the mall and came out from the Mall .At the entrance my 3 year old son cry to blown the balloon which I purchased inside the mall. My wife was having back pain as she could not carry our 1and ½ year old daughter. I took my daughter and son and manage to sit beside the footsteps in front of the entrance where the foot steps are very wide and there was no customers on the entrance as the time was around 9.00 pm night. Suddenly the security guard came to us and shouted that it is not allowed to sit here on the steps (an order). I’m very upset as I was living in Dubai as a customer service assistant for 8 years and I did not experience like this as they will always respect the children as they are not aware of your corporate rules that you have to sit in this corner and that corner as we are coming to mall for a little entertainment , not for obeying stupid rules. I will agree with the security guard comments if I do smoking or sitting and flirting , but its just to blown a balloon for my baby where my family totally harassed Adil Shahari 9633087xxx
