Hi I have applied for an apartment in Noida extension in UP through a real broker almost 2 year back and paid 20 % and after that i got an agreement which is one sided and i have asked the developer to can and refund the money, After many follow up they accepted the cancellation but now again i am following up from last 3-4 months for my money but struggling and not getting my money back, my broker is also trying but somehow not received the same as of now, i am not in the country so very difficult for me. Please advice
