Dear Sir / Madam, I wish to highlight the fraud being committed by Max Life Insurance Company with hands-in-glove with ’IC DIRECT SALES AGENCY’, New Delhi (an channel partner of theirs). I got a call from the IC Direct agency in Dec-2013 and they offered me a Life Insurance policy – Max Life Gain Plus Participating Plan. Agency executive assured that whoever takes on this Policy of premium amount of Rs. 40,000/- or more will be given a benefit amount of Rs. 95,746/- (Approx) in next 40-50 days. After that I have purchase 5 more policy from IC direct, 1 policy(35000) for my wife and 4 policy (40000+35000, 40000+35000) in the name of my Sister and Brother in Law. But after giving this amount of Rs. 40,000/- as premium for Policy No. 201361037 issued on 19th Dec 2013 and waiting for 1.5 year.

I came to know that both Max Life and IC Direct are frauds and cheaters. Agency person also gave a benefit Id saying this has been genuinely generated from Max Life and will be entertained soon. Still, they are attending my call and saying that within 1 or 2 month you will receive your benefit. They are telling don’t pay your premium, Max will give back all the money with 8% interest apart from Benefit amount. They have eroded my savings which in turn has affected my financial health very badly.
