Respected Sir, I undersigned having owner of plot no 10-E, Tulsi Nagar, Indore M.P. since 06.09.2008 through registry from Hemant Goyal to me (Sharmila chandely) and the boundary wall was constructed with my sign board fixed there and the plot is in my full possession till now. Two months back we got to know that a loan of Rs 30 lacks (approx) has been sanctioned and disbursed against my plot to Mr. Hemant Mehta S/O Anandi lal Mehta from your PNB MPHB branch– 289200 shopping complex, A.B. road Indore by using fraud search report and documents with involvement of banking officials. We have make a written complaint to zonal office, sapna sangeeta road, Indore regarding the same issue but still there is no satisfactory action has been done in the above case. Moreover in loan case the search for all the linked registries are to be queried by the legal advocate and branch manager both, but in this case my registry was not came into the search report. It indicates the fraud at all the levels of searching agencies as well as the banking officials. Therefore, I kindly request you to check my case with further immediate action..
