Flipkart Shopping – Ridiculous & Pathetic Service

Greetings of the day. Hope you are doing well. Myself Jatin K. I ordered Lenovo A6000 Plus (INR 7499) on 10th Oct with my Friend’s reference Mr. Nitesh Hardwari (He is a Premium Customer of Flipkart).
ORDER NO: OD10414210 6324728000

When I received it 1st time, I checked Camera by zooming the picture and I found that picture is highly blurring while zooming. I checked with my friend’s phone who ordered same model from Flipkart, and I didn’t find the problem in his phone. Then, I placed replace request. After my request, I got a call and they agreed to replace the phone. Again after 5 days, I received the order yesterday. When I checked it last night, I found the same problem in the phone. Then I decided to return the phone and cancel the order. I want to buy Lenovo K Note 3 instead of this phone. I cancelled order today morning.

Just few minutes back, I received call from your executive Ms. Triveni from Karnataka Center. First of all, she was talking very rudely and she has no idea how to talk with customers!!! This kind of behavior is not acceptable at all in such kind of customer centrifuge satisfaction industry. I asked her to cancel the order and refund money as per 30 days full refund policy. She asked me to contact Lenovo Service Center and explain the problem. If they are agreed that phone is defaulted, then only you guys will refund money. Otherwise you will not refund my money.

This is I say ridiculous & pathetic service, because I am buying goods from Flipkart and not from Lenovo. You should check with Lenovo and update the customer. I don’t have that much waste time to call Lenovo and update you. I am also wasting my time by writing this mail. My 2 to 3 friends ordered the same model from Flipkart earlier also and they got the same problem in the phone. They cancelled order and they got full refund within return policy. Why should I will not get my money back?

This is just a first level complaint. If I don’t get any resolution of this within 48 hours, I assure you that no purchase will be done on FLIPKART by my friends, family members and colleagues. I will lose my INR 7,499, but I will make sure you will lose customers more than my money. I will also post it on Social Websites and file a case against you in Consumer Forum by putting my friends examples that If They get full refund for same issue, why don’t I get the same in same. Unfortunately, I will have to take necessary steps even though I don’t want.

I just want my problem to be solved amongst below options:
I want full refund. I want to buy Lenovo K Note 3. I am ready to pay difference amount. It’s your time to deliver service.
