Sir, I am very frustrated with samsung phone,Galaxy S2 from past 8 months it is in service center sagar. I have mailed 52 times & did all the formality as told by the company persons to get cash back but till date not given. I had filed complaint in Akosh online site also but they are not responding

sir they assured me to give 33490 rs which is 3000rs less from my purchased amt for this also I have agree, they have cheated me from 3 months & frustrated from 8 months. Please give me justice

sir, I am mentally harassed by company official & cheated 52 mails & around 100 calls.
