Delay and malpractice in processing offer

I ordered a Samsung laptop NP350V series under the offer that it will get a discount of 7000/- INR on Samsung Tab2-3100. Under the terms and conditions of the offer, the discount coupon code was to be delivered after 15 days of registration. However, the 7000/- discount coupon code was delivered in almost a month’s time after several reminder calls to Samsung customer care helpline. This coupon was redeemable only on Samsung estore website. Now that the coupon codes are released, the TAB2-3100 is out of stock on the Samsung estore website. Ironically, it is available in the markets and also on the leading websites like flipkart.com. At the same time this is running out of stock on Samsung’s own website. This seems fishy on part of Samsung. I called their helpline and got a response that there is nothing that they can do to expedite on this request. I have also sent an email to their customer care email id.

I had plan to present tab2-3100 to one of my friends on his birthday as a gift. That’s the reason why I had ordered the 350V series laptop which entitled me for a discount on TAB2. I could not purchase TAB2 as it made no sense to forfeit Rs 7000/- discount as it was mentioned in the offer. Due to this delay, I had to spend another Rs 10000/- (approx) for the gift.

I want Samsung to deliver the Tab2 3100 with the discount as it was promised in the offer. If that is not possible, I need a refund of the Rs 7000/- along with the interest since the order for laptop was made and the compensation charges – Rs 10000/- that i had to spend for the gift due to negligence and all the trouble that I had to undergo in following up with their non friendly approach towards customer.
