I bought tickets from funcinemas.com on 5 april. transaction was not executed but they charge from credit card 550 rs stating that money will be reimbursed in next 7 days. i tried again same thing repeated and transaction was again not executed and they debited 550 rs again claiming it will be returned in next 7 working days . i sent emails and feedback complaint twice but no response from their side . kindly help me to get my money back

i am waiting response from their side since i m left with no option. they are not responding and there is no number on site or anywhere else
