With reference to my previous complaint registered against Mitashi product” Gamein Thunder Bolt“- today on 11/10/2014 at 12.45 pm i received the so called replacement from Mitashi. the gaming console that i received was not sealed and appeared to be used product. i’m attaching the image of the same.

Again Mitashi services have brought me frustrating experience by sending the unsealed console and claiming it as a New Piece.These bad experiences are creating health hazards for me as i’m getting recurring medical problems.

want Rs 6000 back that i had paid for the mitashi gamein Thunder bolt product.i want Mitashi to pay me RS.10000 for unnecessarily causing me mental stress.
