I ordered for a NEW Reliance postpaid plan online. I paid 300 for the SIM. Sneha – 8097857163 (Reliance SIM Dealer)called me an sent me a new Reliance SIM on 5th Sep 2014. The SIM she sent didn’t activate as they wrongly added someone’s name to it. So the resent me a new SIM. I used the sim for 10 days got a bill. And suddenly the calls were barred. Called customer service they said to visit gallery. Visited gallery with documents they said to contact the dealer. Contacted the dealer who says they verification guy by mistake entered my details in Student category, so the calls were barred. Calling Anand and Sneha who are the dealers but help. Its more than 35 days I am unable to use the SIM.

I want the number to be reinstated ASAP or a refund of my 300 rs.
