I had booked on GATI for shipment of 4 bikes from Amritsar to Bangalore on 20th Jul. On reaching in Bangalore on 28th Jul, one of the bikes was damaged. Based on their initial discussion, i have submitted the original docket copy, invoice and damage estimation. Post that, after repeated calls and mails, there has been no any progress from their end.

The bike’s fork is damaged, tank damaged, handle bent, indicators broken, and brake/ clutch lever broken
