Job sheet no – 4181853752, date- 23-09-2014. i have given my samsung laptop ( model no – np355v5c-s06in )to this samsung company service center for windows activation.last year when i have purchased this laptop the system got crashed within few days.then they have repaired it and not activated the windows they said it be activated when i will connect this to internet but it didn’t happen.i have given complain to customer care regarding this and they sent there person to repair it.when he come he said that you have to take back up of this system by your own we don’t provide this facility.from last 15 days almost every day i m calling to the customer care regarding the status but every time they say you will get a call soon regarding the status of the laptop.the person whom i have spoken are mr.pradeep ( call center person ) mr.naveen sr.executive.i request form to please help me in this. regards
as this laptop has already repaired once and at that time also they have taken many days to resolve the issue.so request for a new laptop or please return my hard earned money.
