I have purchased LAVA-IRIS X1 mobile from ebay website. The Invoice date for this product is 24-08-2014. After usage of 10 days, I have faced lot issues with the display. So I have called lava customer care on 18602007500 and as per their suggestion I have given my mobile on 13-09-2014 to their associated service center in Hyderabad. The service center details are mentioned below. SIRI Communications, No.6-2-941, Shop No.21, Lower Ground Floor, Moghuls Emami Mansion, Opposite Sadan College Road, Khairatabad, Hyderabad – 500004. Phone: +(91)-40-65271xxx They promised me that they will correct this problem within 10 days. It has been close to one month and still they have not corrected the issue and not even responding. I have made a complaint regarding same in to lava care as well. But they are also not responding against my complaint. Here I am attaching the SIRI communications work order sheet. Please do the needful regarding this complaint.

I would like to get it repaired as soon as possible.
