GATI Courier Asked me collect product on my own

I had ordered an AC and a stabilizer on 21st October 2014 by making a prepaid payment INR 28893 using my debit card. The transaction is covered under Snapdeal‘s ‘Trustpay’ service under which I was supposed to get the payment back if the product didn’t get delivered to me in 10 days post dispatch.The product arrived in Bikaner (destination city) on 26th. Post that I have been continously following up iwht their logistics partner GATI and Snapdeal. I haven’t received the product yet though I have called each of them at least 10 times and have spoken to various customer care executives. The employees of GATI humiliated me and asked me to come and collect the product on my own if I wanted it. Snapdeal people promised me thrice on call that I will get a call back from some senior person of their customer care department but I have got none.I requested for refund of my money but even that has accounted for no action.

I want a written apology for not catering basic customer service from both GATI and Snapdeal. I immediately ask for my refund with proper interest and also, complete reimbursement of amount I spent in talking to these people. Also, I want to be duly compensated for all the hassle and the time that I wasted. Inspite of repeated calls during last 15 days, I wasn’t called up even once to address my complaint even though complaint numbers were issued.
