Dear Sir, I had booked ticket trough traveleasy(www.traveleasy.com) and my PNR no was 1JRS4I for GO flight G8 329 from Mumbai to Delhi and date of travel was 17 Dec. Due to heavy fog in delhi on 17 Dec, the flight got cancelled in Mumbai and later i tried to book ticket in another Go Air flight for 17th dec. After finishing booking details, providing payment details of my HDFC credit cards,there was issue in their portal and transaction was not complete and no ticket was confirmed.I I have tried thrice but all the time there was issue in their portal and transaction was not successful. I was quite surprised when in my credit card statement, i saw three successful transaction from my bank- HDFC .I had follow with Traveleasy but they are telling in back end ticket got printed in their system and they can’t refund the payment. I am doing follow with my HDFC bank but till now no success. I tried to convice Traveleasy that how can one person can travel in one flight with three tickets but my all efforts are in vain. If they are claming tickets are generated in their system, why I have not recieved any sms. I really need your help and support to resolve this issue. Many thanks in advance for your kind support.
