Myntra – Charged me twice not responding

Myntra has charged me twice for order # 21881668 COD and on my debit card. I have reached out their customer service team quite a few time but they have not provided me any resolution. I have sent my bank statement, ref numbers other details as requested by them to resolve the issue. The customer service team informed me that issue will be resolved in 3 business days it has been 8 business and I don’t see any resolution or any effort from Myntra to resolve this Every time I call the customer service I have to spend 10-15 mins in explaining to the agents the issue and then I will be transferred to the manager who in turns promises a call back and never calls back. The customer service team has been saying that the money has been reversed and when I asked them for the ref# of the transaction reversal they have not provided me with any reference numbers I am not sure why I am spending money on the calls to customer service team and wasting my time for a mistake that’s has been committed by Myntra. To say the least they have put me through a huge amount of frustration, I have paid the money twice and they need to rightful refund my money but instead I am wasting my time, money (Calls to customer service) & mental peace. Please resolve this issue

I want a refund of Rs.886 and apology email from Myntra for putting me through this frustration
